Hi ok very nice let's start its look look regain after 2 week holiday husband actually taken by me come out from last non stop to my call. Let's start the problem part first describe the so that drains are built by our municipality on point enter basis whoever got slow I get to do work show the Banda Christ income from that without looking at the quality so the wind rose very poor chapter 9 a very poor and the life of the construction is very poor and end result to the user is also very dissatisfied. How can I change it. If you go look at me all the municipalities now a days that a lot of Citizen Charter societies are there so when so when work is educated executed the society text the responsibility look after the quality issue of that job or quicklime make a word tender on that way fire society have the last call to do the work thanks Alone lyrics it may create thanks necklace financial loss to the society what certainly doing improve the quality of the job and as the work has been done for the society the people living in the society Quill not miles to go on 10% of cost object project from their private funds.

The Story:

Once upon a time, a man and his wife had the good fortune to have a goose which laid a golden egg every day. Lucky though they were, they soon began to think they were not getting rich fast enough.

Its here, The Chat-Pat cricket or you can call it T20 in form of Orissa premier league.Now Its going to be a serious entertainment and.................[Pause]. Hallo have any body have ever seen a cricket game beyond 25 over being organised by OCA . Then what the hell is OPL all about ! Just a new media fancy name or a  sick mimic to show we are doing nothing.For me, Is there any thing beyond rock bottom,if yes then we are going to witness it in the Orissa Cricket.


When IPL give many domestic cricketers limelight, why there is not a single boy from Orissa!No body to blame except the people managing cricket for Orissa.Why IPL is flooded with so many players from Tamilnadu or Mumbai! Give a close look, they play real cricket that is the longer format in schools,colleges,universities and of-course in club level where as we play 20-20 all the way. Australia won 3 world cups with the tag of best test team and India repeated the same.The best scorers of IPL is also the highest scorer in test. Definitely OCA's 1.5cr in 10 years is no match for BCCI with 2000cr from which OCA  share is roughly 60cr.The logic works same way on Orissa players also. So it would have been good  if we have gone for a longer format league than 20-20 as we need good cricket to entertain us not otherwise.  


If I predict the winner then  scammer  companies have a way to show expenditure in their balance sheet to evade Tax, organizers with pocketful money,Media with some content to show or write and of-course more rash cricket which we are playing from long.As we are in a age when media is only decider  irrespective of what is the result so nobody can stop the success of OPL and their organizers.
Sadly in end only cricket will suffer.

HOUSES-'which do not make city'

Sometimes I'm confused by what I think is really obvious. But what I think is really obvious obviously isn't obvious. Looking at the little but unpleasant slum at my locality I came to this obvious conclusion. Globalization has offered a lot to India and  one of them is a modern day caste order to Indian cities.The great Indian middle class and in contrast the  slumdogs.It will be my foolishness if I go to describe  why the middle class people do not want to see a chunk of slum near by its home.The answer will be numerous as well as hatred.Frankly speaking  we don't want  these unpleasant looking small dwellers  in our visual horizon. 


Lets take a flashback of my words and talk about our housemaid,without her my mum may struggle to run home.That is not my mum but I suspect every household will have same experience.Of course  our housemaid hails from that slum as others also. The man who have opened the laundry ,The two people who comes to collect the daily garbage,the women who sweep the road and the people alike.My imagination is through but here it finds no air. My belief finds something but why men-women do not find anything.May be I have not that eye! Or the eyes have get older! Sometimes I'm confused.

It should not  but it have happened this way. Our politicians have started doing very well in 'Mathematics'.Even better than the eminent mathematician , as they have taught the world how a good mathematics  knowledge is most important to seek a victory in election of any type(From panchyat ward member to lower national general election)  . Just first study what is the no of population of different groups which can be differentiated on words like Majority-Minority,Dalits-Who call them Dalits,Adivasi-New vasi,Slum dwellers-concrete Gharbale and even in Upper sahi-Tala sahi.Anyhow  make a combination that assures you 30% vote of total account by uttering things like 'Brahman ke lie arakhyan'.....I can not put my mouth out here as it can be against the publishing rule of BLOG . I heard some software companies have started working on a program to make things more fault proof.That much I will come to my point.The voting system In our country has lately creating a paradox that to divide our country  for achieve mere power by hand of  politicians.

So time has come when we change the way voting process is run in India.We should go with a double layer voting.That is 1st layer should be like the one we are doing present but instead of choosing a single winer we must find out best four for which people voted.In next step we should go for negative voting that is from four person earlier chosen who is least hated.Yes by this politicians will not change their color but they will fear to appease a  single community/cast/group and spread the hatred in my country.Because a united India matters.

She has not much thought except how quickly the weekend come as weekend will come with the prize of past seven-days hardship 700.As every prize comes with dedication,hardship how can be it different .Then what is wrong ! Wrong are the todays newspapers who have come with a full front page adds for companies (needless to mention the names) that bump development in my state on eve of 26 January. Definitely multinationals have given her a opportunity to yearn and support her family but for a girl of 15 this opportunity is harsh punishment .She has to be out of educational system and more from the social system and  forced into a environment where female hood lacks its existence.Her family never understand the amount of risk they are putting her for a  100 at times of when 1kg onion cost half of that and this is due to lack of education and deep poverty where every rupee is big thing.And it is not story of someone but lakhs of girls,women working as daily wage labours in the mining zones of  Orissa, Chatisgargh and Jharkhand . May be these mining multinationals bringing development but when comes to adds showing  smiling tribal people,they are completely false.These are just adds,I do not know why they need to publish it.Just waste of main pages and important news.

GOD IS IN DANGER

Nearly Five years! Thats how long it took me to come back to my village.My absence was because time did not permit me to realize what I have missed in these years.As everybody claim that their village is perfect,how can I put myself out of that league.It has everything that needs a Indian countryside river,mountain,mango groves,paddy fields,temples,bullock carts and the list continues.... but I have a special liking about my village from childhood that is monkeys of my village. May be I just wanted  to replicate them on me 'freelancers jumping from one tree to other'.
Certainly situation was different this time.Rather than entertaining  myself I felt sad and more weariness for these naughty gays.Story is same for these dumbs as of with other creatures our world in this age of human dominance.They are facing constant habitant loss  due to ever expanding urbanization of village and adding to that is the increase in their numbers.So they are compelled to interfere in human activity ie. eating(destroying) our cultivation.Situation is so worse that farmers are reluctant to garden farming which is main source of vegetables.Before, they came in groups , eats little ,destroy more and moves on.But now they are  persisting and eating everything even buds ,leaves.No one has tried it but what if people start doing the same as they doing  with elephants & lions,poisoning the monkeys or anyway killing them.Just a heart brake.I am a Hindu as well as a atheists .But still very proud of my faith because it is only in my faith that god is a lion/pig/snake/monkey/fish and all.So whole idea of Hinduism is revolves around nature and as a real Hindu we should worship,serve and protect the nature and its all constituents. A lord Hanuman feeling have saved the monkey but up to which level human can take it. Our God has no existence but it  is the godness in human kept the god alive and the time we left it God will automatically get killed. So a animal killed is like killing god.Hinduism has given a sanctuary to these monkeys  in our house hold for many thousand years and kept intact the godness in us. Presently time has come to work  so the those many thousand years hardship do not go away .


So now comes the solution, as the formula is much easy to say that is to stop growing population of monkeys in ethical ways. We have to make a family control plan for them that is we have to add vaginal contraceptive ring to female monkeys or surgical operation on male monkeys.Yes it will be tough because before doing anything we have to caught the monkey.Still the out come will phenomenal for both human and monkeys.I think there is no need to say human should control itself.So time has come when we have to sacrifice some of our selfish attitude to save the Godness among us and ultimately the God we pray in difficulties.


By the way spending few time on monkey watching is very interesting.

History,whatever!

When I was In my high school, i always rebuke the god regarding the subject called HISTORY.There ware minimum fifty occasions when i was punished because of this subject.Most importantly it is the history which gave me a cause to cheat.History was never a hard subject for me but I believed it has no part to play in my life.As I am a bonkers I try to avoid it with much knowledge that there is no other way but in high school you have to face History anyway!  

 After so many years now I  am realizing what i was missing at that time.Of course there is no more burden of representing it in papers. As I  increased my intimacy with internet,I learned new things,loved some of it and then lost most of it. but that is not the case for history in web, its amazing.Think about Akbar,certainly you will find yourself in the golden horde inside Slavic region.Go for Gorge Bush you may got out how Buddhism once prevailed all over Asia. It is just like the steps of temple going on and on.My history in those days ware boring because it was incomplete and of course confusing.History is continuous and so missing a step is not exactly worthless but distracting which leads to lost interest.  Now i can say internet has make History complete and reached.

need of a contradictory push

Can you predict the similarity between Mark Elliot  Zuckerberg  and our won Indian democracy.Mr Zuck is the man/boy who wons,yes the Facebook domain world wide . Indian democracy do not need any introduction as every Indian proud of again world wide. As my friend list growing in facebook the feeds also.But where Dear Zuck has been gone wrong! He has allowed me to prize the impressive ones but not to show thumbs down to the disgusting.Similarly our constitution allows us to vote for a candidate.That has created a politics of appeasing to a particular religion/caste/linguistic group.So now our parliament is full of such leaders who believe dividing is the best way to come into power.Examples are enormous and not need to say categorically.So now time have come when we should adopt a negative voting system where voters not only choose but also disqualify candidate.Definitely Mr Zuck will hear my plea but what about my country ! (Most important one)

'220,000,000 & 400,000,000' first one  is the no of hungry people in India the next one is the no of uneducated people in India.If we combine them we will get another new set  that is the uneducated very poor people.This is the group that poses maximum threat to our country even more than nuclear armed Pakistan.In last 60 years all the state sponsored social welfare projects have been failed because govt has not given the importance to the core issue that is geometric population growth in this section.As the parents are uneducated and poor, their of-springs are many and uneducated-poor and in whole this is recursive.What ever fund we rise to implement their welfare project it remains less as they have grown their size.Yes main culprit are the people in power who are reluctant to  focus in main issue because it will hurt their personal gain.


My idea is why not we rise organisations with private body in line of insurance companies.We have to admit that government machineries  failed in this particular plan implementation. There is a scheme of financial gain for home with less children by govt but this is not working.So we must think for a new structure that is  agent-customer model of insurance company.Private people paid on basis of  success to pursue family to have a small family.Both the benefits for family and agent will taken care by government.Importantly companies must be private with govt funded looking at their performance. Initially govt have to take care of a  huge monetary burden but we can make it from the low expenditure on health,education,housing, employment etc in coming years.Yes there are many angles which are not taken care in this.

Definitely IPL has turned the way we look towards cricket not only in India but world wide.It has provided the opportunity for cricket where it can compare itself with NBA/NFL of USA or EPL of England or super rugby series.More importantly with advent of champions league peoples are emphasizing on domestic championships.May be India has taken the center stage to bring the change in world cricket but still there is much scope of development in Indian domestic cricket circuit.As much as 27 teams are involved in our domestic structure so time and weather does not allow us to create a all around league as we have to play on the three different formats.We also find that very few interest for domestic cricket as almost 60% of all matches are uncompetitive ie. Delhi playing Orissa(just like Australia Vs Bangladesh).How can it create a buzz! So time has come when we should extend the IPL idea to  longer format.That is we should start 5 day matches in between IPL teams.Yes there should be some minor changes in rule like instead of four international we can take two.Yes   it will be impossible broadcast all the matches on TV,but we can target the stadium audience with other media forms as a competitive cricket always catch the eyeball in any form of cricket.Mainly this will work against the idea that IPL is creating batsman who don't know what is the real cricket is! Make this franchise based tournament as main domestic competition for long format.Scrap  inter zonal events like duleep trophy, zonal one days and challengers.Keep the Ranaji Trophy  with less groups with more teams.That will increase no of matches  played around 16 as we will get  four months(Nov-Feb).Ranaji Trophy will work as second fiddle for the main event while both are played simultaneously.No 20-20 event in state level but a 40 or 50 over league which must span for two months with minimum 15 matches for every team.That can be played parallel with IPL 20-20 in month of March to May.Keep  IPL in its existing avtar with four  foreign bound players.By that way every IPL team will try to find a perfect blend between  class and stroke making.This idea is relatively  similar to the South African domestic structure which is a big success but we have the chance to make huge one.
But before doing this we have to face three hurdles.May some franchise owners will reluctant to do this as they will do not see major economical gains.But I believe there number will be small and a BCCI arm twisting will change their mind.Next one  from inside BCCI as state boards will reluctant to name there only important tournament to a second string  one but it can be solved if we show them the financial gain they will have.Yes the third one for which I see no shore is some people will come with idea that scarping tournaments associated with name like Zal Irani,DB Deodhar & KS Duleepshingji  is dishonor to respective grate persons and relative state/community they belongs, which is in my word cheap and ignorant politics.

Indian wild boars

Just going through I read a story from somebody's blog as follows.


There was a village that was attacked everyday by wild boars for their food. The villagers tried various means to fight and chase away the wild boars, but without much success.

One day a wise man told the villagers to gather all the food from every household and put it in the middle of a big empty field. They followed his advice, and immediately they saw hundreds of wild boars approaching the vicinity where the food was placed. The wild boars were apprehensive initially, but after a while they went for the food.
Once the wild boars had a taste of the food they came back for the free food everyday. And everyday the villagers would put more food in the field and the wild boars would come to have their free meals. After a while, the wise man asked the villagers to erect four poles at the four-corners of the field.The wild boars were too busy having their food that they did not take notice of what was happening.
After a few weeks, the wild boars developed the habit of having free food. The wise man then asked the villagers to put fencing around the field, with a large gate through which the wild boars can enter to have their food. Finally once the fencing and the gate were completed the villagers closed the gate and all the wild boars were trapped inside the field. The wild boars were finally defeated!
Relevance of story is that politicians in our country has seen the poor mass as the wild boars of the story.As we come nearer to the state election of WB & TN, the two political parties TMC & DMK which are major allies of UPA in center are bargaining hard for increase in food subsidy which they can call their achievement for the cause of poor when they will go to people.We almost spend around USD 12 billion in previous financial year on food security and the major beneficiary are not poor but government officials, PDS distributor and the middle man from whom government buying in more price than market. Another major problem created by this system is creating a habit of free food which is a trap.Working people will always work and pay the tax.These power crazy politicians will be always in power by just giving the the hard yearned money as freebies and taking all the credit .Poor being uneducated will take this as a gratitude and sleep and remain ever poor.My honest request is stop all these projects as soon as possible or just confined them to pocket regions where we have seen situation like flood or drought .A poor man's real problem is that he can lost his whole life saving in medical bill and have no money to spend on education because they find it useless.So govt should come up with free hospitals irrespective of bigger nature of diseases and guarantee of free higher education for poor .There is very less chance that people over us will change and will try most not to change the people under.

Eventually boars lost their freedom ,we have almost !

WE HAVE NOT MISSED IT YET

You may have heard about a city called GIFT.If not then I am giving a short description on it. Gujarat international finance tech city or GIFT is an under-construction city near Ahmadabad which will come up with high quality physical infrastructure i.e wide roads,24 hour electricity,water,gas,telecom,broadband and even a centralized ac which will cool an inbuilt area of 85 Lakh sq ft on 500 acre city which can provide 6 lakh direct jobs in coming 10 years in financial,IT & IT-es sector . This is a Gujarat state government initiative to a compete with already established hubs like NCR,Mumbai and Bangalore.

So here my problem is that our state has not all kind of resources to initiate a same kind of project may not be that huge.Our Orissa government is too busy in clearing roads for projects based on mining sector as these makes a high gains for only concerned company and corrupt officials as well as ministers. Sufferer are the mass of Orissa who are losing valuable resources in very minimal price otherwise which must have used for all round development of state.we must not oppose the projects like Posco steel or Vedanta but should ask the question to the government yes some projects are stocked but why orissa government has stocked.Yes truth is very clear ,our politician and technocrats are too busy on these projects which they think will gain them personally.In last 10 years we see only 4-5 software farms have came up at Bhubaneswar.All the new plans have been held.City is growing but as a concrete slum with unplanned roads.Every year ground water level is decreasing with uncontrolled digging of borewells .No planning for efficient electrical distribution system.A growth of city does not mean how big area it covers but up to which height it stands. BDA is just busy to make ways to increase the earning of land mafias and small time builders.Where as they should take initiation to make huge residential buildings with wide roads ,open green area and other amenities.People of Bhubaneswar are voting blindly for a party but that does not mean they will always.Still we has a chance So Orissa have to compete with others.

Still I Love this leaping creature called cricket-1

World's No-1 test team is touring Srilanka but back home nobody is sure about that, will they return with No-1 tag they have taken.There was no missing link in this team till Zaheer Khan was not injured.You can say this is the first team in cricket history which is being no-1 but has less bowling fire power than the last one in ranking.When most of team captains are in dilemma to decide which bowler they make to sit out where Dhoni is struggling to find a fit bowler who can bowl not more than 135khp may be he is a newcomer.

You may have noticed or not, yesterday BCCI published the schedule for the 2010-11 Indian domestic cricket. Ranji trophy is the main & premier long format championship of the domestic league but there is another interesting fact is associated with this is one of rare league competition where a team placed in division-2 also compete for trophy.Two team make them eligible to play in quarters playing almost the whole season with weak ones.Result is always predicted but question is how can we waste so valuable time in this cramped schedule by wasting time on these meaning less quarters.I want to say that why not increase the matches in group stages.We should make a 3 tier league instead of present 2 tier 4 group tournament where each tire accommodate 9-10 teams.There should one final between 1st & 2nd of tier-1 by slashing the semi-final and quarter-finals which will allow to play 9 group stage matches from present 7 group stage matches.Two winners of other tiers will be promoted to upper tier and losers are relegated.This will create a better competition and professionalized league with each team matching the opposition.Yes some will argue that this format will prevent the teams in lower tier to win the tournament but fact is than in last 7 years from the which this present format came a team from plate group has just 2 time gone to semifinals and never beyond it.

I do not say this format create fast bowlers but a good league so a better competition to best players(Cont.)

Worthiness of social infrastructure projects-1

MNREGA or Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, yet another Social scheme by government of India providing enhancement of live hood security with 100 days guaranteed wage. This is the brief description of a face changing project of our poor villages for which we have allocated 40,000 Cr in this financial year.This comes after our spend of another similar sum on Antyodaya project providing food grains at 2-3 rupees to people under poverty line.Still there is a ongoing bid between political parties for further reduction from this price to prove who is really with poor people.Yes project like this always help full to politician retain their position as a very big part of our population still believe that all this because of grate leader's kindness.As very few realize, truth is just mirror image.Politicians are mere middle men who selflessly wasting the taxpayer's money for their popularity in the process earning substantial share for them and followers.I am going north, should come back to my topic.

We all very much known about our red tapisim,worlds best.When projects like this get implemented,almost 30% is sucked on way.But what is more worrying this time with the NREGA is

1.The works are done by local in a on-organised way that do not take care on quality front or you can say the using life time of a work is very short, so it is practically wasting of resources and money.

2.Every job gives a working experience to the handler but works under NREGA do not improve much skill.So once the job completed they come back to beginning.

My consciousness

I am Sagar Nayak going to write in my blog something that really hunt me in only night. I am born in a middle class family . Also I am well educated by my family to take care of myself for a comfortable life afterwards. Now i am going to be 25 years old so relatively i have seen one third of my life most probably. But now comes a strange part of my life where i am going to be given responsibilities.Here comes the most trouble some question of my life. In last 10 years from which period i have got the thinking power seen thousand of people with responsibilities of all kinds. Is not responsibilities making people selfish and also we using responsibilities in a selfish way ? Are we not interested to listen the line buzz ‘you are a selfish’ which sounds from every where. We are just behaving as if all are dumb and deaf. I think there is no need of example but if you insist that you are not behaving but you are then took out a single evening at go to your near by hospital and stand to the medicine store there . I am sure you will ashamed of your self in just 5 minutes as you can see people who can not buy a anti colic medicine and praying for death ,wait there is more - the pain is because they are half feed almost everyday for years.

I want to say just go out of home look at anything with thinking eyes you can find it has gone horribly wrong. Then what is the value of so many responsibilities.why should i take responsibility when i can say all the responsible people around me are failed .So i have to find other way but before that i have to come out for a 24 hour mode instead of nights. Please god if you are here give the way before this nightmare kills me.

A true cricket lovers wish

The Fact - The BCCI runs the cricket in India and the truth-BCCI controls the world cricket.There is nothing new in my line but who made the BCCI so mighty force ! Yes we the cricket crazy Indians. Then I should take the all the apprise "sounds very funny". Then who are the real people whom world should give credit for this turn around . Well we all know the answer either consciously or subconsciously.They are the golden boys of Indian cricket - Sachin , Sourav ,Rahul & more.It is their effort & attitude that made the game popular not any good management or future planning as the individuals governing the game claim .What BCCI earning is just because of their popularity & power to attract crowed. So why still BCCI is run by politicians & businessmen.Almost every person of national Board or state board is from non cricketing world and this is the root cause of problem we are facing with IPL. We are deliberately hampering brand 'India' and our favorite sports cricket. What is the real need of people like of Sharad Pawar ,Rajiv shukla , Narendra Modi ,Arun jately, CP Joshi, Farooq Abdullah (Only the big names, there are many others)in cricket.When you call your self a politician then please give your all attention to the problem faced by people who have elected you as their representative.

Ok now I am wasting my time.

Yes I want to say why not the President of BCCI must be someone who had played for India.How often we see in history a commander fighting for people with his king and that is need of hour in Indian cricket.why not we must see somebody like of sachin/sourav as BCCI president and Anil kumble as IPL chairman to just help our politician to do their prime duty.

Long way to go

Come 2011 we might see a all improved nationalized IPL , Teams with political backing with full of committed supporters,balanced team-two from schedule cast,one from tribe, again three from other backwards(do not forget about Muslims,it may stop everything).captain must be a kin of our leaders,it will create blind loyalists.wow what an idea,not sarji.

what is wrong when a person advices his relatives/friends about which he is so sure. From no where he created a value of 25k cr for BCCI through his sheer management skills and hard working. when he made some crores we are colouring him as corrupt. It is very injustice when people like mulayam,lalu and other politicians(who have eaten thousand crores of peoples money in various scams & only committed to their interest & family)termed him as a venal inside parliament without proper investigation.News channels just worried about TRP but not the reality as always they do.Everybody has doubt at beginning, Jaipur bombings in 2008,general election in 2009 and present terrorism threat nothing have been stopped Mr Lalit Modi from achieving his goal for which we must honour him. I think in parliament there are a lot of important things pending to be done so please do not go for cheap publicity as everybody knows about the handling of sports come under sports ministry. please give a better look to coming commonwealth game which may become a national shame.

Mr Lalit Modi, this is India so good works always amerced.So please do not disheartened, IPL just a big baby, long way to go.
